Description
NICU RN – Santa Rosa, CA 95405
Location: Santa Rosa, CA 95405
Start Date: ASAP
Facility: Acute Care Hospital | 277 Staffed Beds
Experience Requirements
- 3 years of NICU experience preferred
- Level III NICU experience required
- Strong candidates with less than 3 years of experience may be considered
- First-time travelers accepted
- Travel experience not required
- No travel pairs
Required Skills & Certifications
- BLS
- NRP
- Epic experience required
- Previous experience with a 1:2 patient ratio
Schedule
- 3x12 Days or 4x12 Days
- Weekend requirement: Yes
- On-call requirement: Yes
Important Requirements
- Local candidates are not accepted
- Pending licenses are not accepted
- All RTO must be submitted at the time of submission
- RTO approval will depend on facility needs
Guaranteed Hours / Call-Off Policy
- The facility may call off 1 shift every 2 weeks

Key Requirement: Candidates should have solid Level III NICU experience and be comfortable managing a 1:2 patient ratio.
