Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) – Contract Assignment

Join a supportive and experienced dialysis team in Alliance, NE! This facility offers a collaborative work environment with seasoned staff, consistent patient volume, and strong clinical support to help you succeed throughout your assignment.

Position Highlights

• Average census of 17–20 outpatient hemodialysis patients daily
• Work alongside experienced Charge RNs, LPNs, and Dialysis Technicians
• No on-call requirements
• Consistent scheduling with a great work-life balance
• Closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day

Schedule

• 3 days/week: 4:30 AM – 3:00 PM (10-hour shifts)
• 1 day/week: 4:30 AM – 11:00 AM (6-hour shift)
• Department operates Monday–Saturday
• RN will work 2–3 Saturdays per month
• Saturday schedule: 4:30 AM – 11:00 AM

Requirements

✅ Minimum 2 years of Dialysis RN experience
✅ Active Nebraska RN License
✅ Current BLS Certification (American Heart Association)

Equipment

• Braun Dialysis Machines

Orientation

Comprehensive onboarding program includes:

• Three days of classroom orientation
• One precepted shift within the dialysis department
• Training alongside LPNs, Technicians, and Charge RNs to learn department workflows and best practices
• Orientation begins every Wednesday

• Scrub Color: Navy Blue
• Reliable personal transportation is required.
• Alliance, NE does not have Uber or Lyft services available.
