Overview

• Travel assignment in La Porte, Indiana

• Floating required to another emergency department

• Local candidates not accepted; must live more than 50 miles from the facility

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Indiana
• ED - Emergency Department (1 year of experience)
• ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
• ACLS
• BLS
• PALS
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Driver's License

Assignment Details

• Emergency department setting
• Fast-paced rural emergency department
• 23 beds
• Patient ratio may be 4 or 5 to 1
• Navy blue scrubs

Additional Notes

• Holidays are blacked out depending on need
• Maximum requested time off: 0
• Cerner preferred
• Driver’s license and permanent home address must be included on submission, and the address must match the ID
• Required license and certifications must be attached with the submission or the candidate will be rejected
