Shifts: Days (8hr days 40hr gt)

 

Local pay rate: $56/hr on W2 (without benefits)

 

Job Details:

1+ years OT Adult/Peds experience - [Required] 

TRAVELER MUST HAVE OUTPATIENT EXPERIENCE [REQUIRED]

Michigan OT License- [Required]

Must have strong peds experience - [Required] 

Previous travel experience - [Preferred]

Traveler must have a clean driving record and their own insurable vehicle for this need 

Traveler's perm address must be included in profile

CANDIDATE WILL WORK 3 DAYS IN MARSHALL, MI AND TWO DAYS IN BATTLE CREEK, MI (14231 Beadle Lake Road, Battle Creek, MI).  Facilities are 17 miles apart.
