   Shift: Day Shift
   Schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
   Hours: 36–48 hours/week

3. Requirements

   • Active RN license in the state of practice — Required
   • BLS certification — Required
   • ACLS certification (AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS) — Required
   • EPIC experience — Required
   • Acute-care facility experience — Preferred
   • BSN — Preferred

   Job Responsibilities

   • Provide coordinated nursing care to assigned patients.
   • Assess patients and identify their healthcare needs.
   • Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
   • Monitor patient progress and outcomes.
   • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
   • Provide education to patients, families, and healthcare team members.
   • Participate in discharge planning and continuity of care.
   • Delegate and coordinate duties among healthcare team members.
   • Maintain a safe, caring, and professional patient environment.
   • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
