Compensation & Schedule Details

• Hours & Shift: 36 hours per week (12-hour Nights, 1900–0700)
• Contract Length: Travel contract
• Target Start Date: September 28, 2026
• 50-mile radius of the facility.
• Scheduling: Every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH) required. Block scheduling is NOT allowed. All Time Off (RTO) must be submitted at the time of submission (none accepted post-submission or during the first week).

Key Facility Policies & Floating Rules

• Multi-Facility Floating: Based on system needs, travelers are required to float within 5 Virtua Health hospitals within their skillset: Voorhees, Marlton, Mt. Holly, Willingboro, and Our Lady of Lourdes (OLOL). May also float to the ICU for a downgraded PCU patient.
• Testing Mandate: Must pass a dysrhythmia test within 72 hours of signing / during orientation (maximum 2 attempts). Must be taken on a PC, NOT an iOS device (using Apple devices results in a failed attempt and system DNR).
• Compliance & Onboarding: Pre-employment labs due within 48 hours of signing. Travelers must be clean-shaven for fit testing before working on the unit. Nursys verification must be dated within 2 weeks of submission.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent specialty experience required (neuro experience required; Epic experience preferred). First-time travelers accepted but not preferred.
• Licensure: Active New Jersey (NJ) RN license or compact license in hand at submission.
• Certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, ASLS, and NIHSS required in hand.
