Description

MedSurg RN – 


Start Date: 10/05/2026
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: 5x8s, 3p-11:30p or 11:15P–7:15A
Weekends: Every other weekend
Float: Required based on staffing needs
License: Active Massachusetts RN license required
Certification: AHA BLS
Interview: No interview — facility reviews profile only
Parking: Free

 

Position Overview

Traveler will primarily perform MedSurg duties. Nurses with additional Telemetry or ICU experience are especially attractive because the facility also has a MICU.

 

Float Expectations

All travelers must be willing to float to any unit within their competency based on staffing needs.

This flexibility is considered essential by the facility, so candidates should be fully comfortable with broad floating before submission.

 

Important Compliance Timeline

  • Start: 10/05/2026
  • Complete compliance file due: 09/18/2026
  • Facility only holds one orientation per month
  • Complete files are due approximately 4 Fridays before start
  • Facility is very strict on compliance
  • Travelers will not be allowed to start with pending items
