**CHARGE RN-Nights Ideally, they do not take patients, but they will take patients at night if staffing is short. We try to make this our last resort. They also may take patients if the census is less than 22 but that is rare.

We have updated ratios with the new VIC (Virtually Integrated Care) model.
We are implementing a dyad model. This means the nurse will have their own CNA and the support of a virtual nurse. The nursing ratio for Med/Surg will now be 1:6–7, and the CNA ratio will also be 1:6–7. The virtual nurse will have a ratio of 1:30.
**Driver's license required at submittal and will be used to determine if candidate is outside 50 miles.**
