Description
Physical Therapist – Home Health | Houston, TX
Looking for an experienced Physical Therapist for a full-time Home Health opportunity covering Fort Bend and Harris Counties.
This is a strong opportunity for a Houston-area PT who wants the independence of Home Health with the consistency of a 40-hour guaranteed schedule. You’ll work an established territory across the Houston metro, with mileage reimbursement and competitive compensation.
What you can expect:
- Full-time, 40 hours guaranteed
- Home Health caseload
- Fort Bend & Harris County territory
- Mileage reimbursement
- 1 weekend per month
- Local contract and permanent options
- Home Health experience required
- HCHB experience preferred
For someone already living in Greater Houston, this is an opportunity to build a long-term Home Health position close to home rather than chasing short-term contracts or commuting outside the metro.
If you’re an experienced Home Health PT, we’d rather start with what matters to you — territory, schedule, compensation and workload — and see if the opportunity makes sense.
