Registered Nurse (RN) – Variable/Mid Shift

Shift: 10:30 AM–8:00 PM, with potential for variable scheduling

Requirements:

• Active RN license in the state of practice — Required
• AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS — Required
• BLS - AHA from an approved vendor — Required
• EPIC experience — REQUIRED

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patients, analyze clinical data, and develop individualized care plans.
• Implement and evaluate nursing interventions and patient outcomes.
• Coordinate care with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Provide patient/family education and support continuity of care through discharge planning.
• Delegate appropriately and coordinate healthcare team activities.
• Promote a safe, compassionate, and healing patient environment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
