Qualifications
Description
Shift: 40 hours - Eves, 1500-2230MANAGER INTERVIEWS
UNIT: MLS/MLT
Required Certifications: MLT or MT or CLS. ASCP, preferred but not required.
Required Education: Associate or bachelor’s degree
Minimum Experience: 1+ years core lab experience. Must be able to work in blood bank and perform phlebotomy
Charting/Equipment: Epic required
Unit Specific Skillset: generalist working all areas of lab - generalist in all areas of lab including blood bank and phlebotomy.
Scrub Colors: Any.
Float Requirements: Must be willing to float to Aspirus Rhinelander, Tomahawk and Eagle River. Floating can and will be prescheduled if needed
On Call/Call-Back: Can be low censused and put on call. Call back minimum is 2 hours
Weekend/Holiday: No weekends
