Pharmacist Outpatient INFUSION- 1000-3818 - UCH Amb HOPD Pharmacy

Start date: ASAP
Shift: 5x8- 08:00-15:00
Years of experience REQ: 2 yrs infusion exp required
First-timers accepted: No
Weekend REQ: no
Certs REQ: BLS(AHA)
State License-Yes- CO state- pharmacy license Chemo Hazardous Drug, PharmD
Special Requirements:
This position is for an Ambulatory Infusion Pharmacist focused on order review, verification, preparation, and dispensing of hazardous medications and non-hazardous medications for oncology and infusion patients.
