Description

LPN – Long-Term Care (LTC)

Location: Tuscaloosa, Alabama
Assignment: 13 Weeks
Start Dates: ASAP / 09/19/2026 / 09/25/2026
Pay: $15/$45/$1,000 — pay package being finalized

Available Shifts

7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

  • 40 hours/week
  • Start: ASAP
  • Rotating schedule
  • Requested days off based on the September schedule:
    • September 3, 4, 7, 10, 13, 17, 18, 21, 24, 27

3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

  • 40 hours/week
  • Monday–Friday
  • Start: September 25, 2026

Baylor Shift

  • 3:00 PM – 7:00 AM
  • Saturday & Sunday
  • 32 hours/week
  • Start: September 19, 2026

Requirements

  • Active LPN license
  • LTC experience preferred
  • 13-week commitment
  • Reliable attendance and ability to work the assigned schedule
