Position: Registered Nurse – Telemetry
EMR: EPIC
Requirements:
- BLS
- State License
- Additional License should be active.
- Experience or 'Must have' skills Med/Surg Telemetry
- Minimum 02 years current experience
Schedule:
- Variable: 12 hrs x 03 (Days - 7a-730p)
- 13 weeks Duration.
Additional Information:
- Orientation with preceptor.
- beds/trauma bays 8-16
- Ratios 4:1
- patients per day 8-16
- Every other Weekend required.
- Floating Required.
- Scrub: Navy blue.
