Description
Shift or schedule requirements:
Day Shift (0630-1900), Three twelve hour shifts weekly (36 hours), No guarantee of hours.
15 Week Contract
General job duties, Types of procedures required:
Provide continuous airway management. Ventilator and non-invasive ventilator management and support. Physician consulting, CPR, all aspects of respiratory care.
Equipment utilized in the unit/dept:
Computerized charting, Pyxis medication management, PB 980, PB 840 Ventilators. V60.
Para Pac Transport Vent.
Required skills and minimum years of experience:
Must be able to care for patients of the adult, pediatric, neonatal populations. Minimum 2 years experience
No first assignments.
Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required:
RRT, BLS, ACLS, PALS with NRP preferred, State of Hawaii respiratory therapist license. Current Hawaii license preferred, but willing to take with application already submitted for Hawaii license.
