Description
Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) – Afternoon/Mid-Shift
- Schedule: Afternoon/Mid-Shift | 4x10-Hour Shifts | 12:30 – 23:00 (Wednesdays Off) | 40 Hours Per Week
- Flexibility: Must flex to day shift if operationally required.
- Weekend Requirement: None.
- On-Call Protocol: Minimal on-call (1 call shift per month if needed).
- County-Based Exclusion Rule [HARDSTOP]: Candidates with a permanent address in any of the following New York counties will NOT be considered: Albany, Columbia, Dutchess, Fulton, Greene, Montgomery, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Ulster, Warren, or Washington [HARDSTOP]. Permanent address must match Driver's License/ID.
- Agency Compliance Requirement: Agency partners must include their NY Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate upfront with submission [HARDSTOP].

- Clinical Surgical Competencies [HARDSTOP]: Demonstrated proficiency in General Surgery, Orthopedic Fracture Care, Vascular, and Urology surgical cases [HARDSTOP].
- National Credential [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION]: Active NBSTSA Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification [HARDSTOP].
- Certifications [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION]: Active AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) certification [HARDSTOP].
- Required Submittal Documentation: Complete Work History, Skills Checklist (within 1 year), 1 Supervisory Reference (from within 24 months), Driver's License/ID with matching permanent address, NBSTSA Card, and BLS Card. Prior travel experience highly preferred.
