Description

Facility Name: Watertown Regional Medical Center

Floor: 2N/3N Medical/Surgical Floors
• Role (RN, Tech, LPN, PT, etc.): RN
• Specialty: Medical/Surgical
• Shift: 1900-0730
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
• Weekend Hours: typically rotates into every third weekend
• Call Requirements: None
• Required Certifications: BLS (ACLS preferred)
• Years of Experience: 2 Yrs
• Float Requirements: May float as sitter to Senior Behavioral Health Unit or to the ICU as a sitter if needed- rare

• Number of Beds: 32 (census typically sits at 10-20)
• Patient Ratios: 4-6 patients per RN
• Equipment: Baxter IV pumps, GE monitors
• EHR: Meditech

• Patient Population e.g. “geriatric, adult, peds, etc.”: Geriatrics/Pediatrics- Adults only

Hiring Profile:

• Must Have Skills/Experience: Medical, Active RN license
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: Post surgicals
• Common Diagnosis/Treatment: Sepsis, Pneumonia, Heart Failure, Renal Failure. Post operatives Patients (backs, joints, general surgeries)
• Personality Fit: Flexible and good teamwork
