Location: Menorah Medical Center

General Information

Tell us about the unit(s):

· Number of Beds - 32

· Number of Staff – 49

· Type of staff:

o Day Shift – (1 charge; 6-8 RN’s; 4 PCT’s; 1 unit secretary)

o Night Shift – 1 charge; 6-8 RN’s; 4 PCT’s; 1 unit secretary until 10 pm

· Patient Ratios – 1:4 TPC; 1:5 with PCT- can go up to 6 patients with PCT at times

· Type of equipment – Welch Allens

· EMR -Meditech

Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

· BLS

· Active RN license

Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.

· ACLS or PALS

· Basic Dysthymia class

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):

· Total joint replacements

· Complex spine care

· Complex neuro surgery cases

· General Surgery
