Travel Urgent Care RN – Alaska Start: ASAP* Setting: Urgent Care / Ambulatory Assignment: Travel RN Requirements Active Alaska RN license required at submission 2+ years of Urgent Care experience Urgent Care experience within the last 2 years BLS required High school diploma/equivalent Proof of flu vaccination required Role Highlights Provide patient care in a fast-paced Urgent Care setting Perform assessments, specimen collection, and Point-of-Care testing Assist providers and clinic staff Manage medications, supplies, and clinic operations Accurate and timely documentation Work independently while collaborating with the care team Important Housing & transportation are not provided Fingerprinting is required; start date will be at least 6 weeks after fingerprint cards are received for processing Prompt fingerprint submission is strongly recommended to avoid delays Interested? Th recruiters are super nice and helpful.

Cons

Lack benefits and perks other companies offer. Was incorrectly paid more than once. The assignment was the worst I’ve experienced from management down to housekeeping. They nitpick travelers on every level and give them double the respiratory therapist to patient ratio with every assignment spread over multiple floors and areas on every side of the facility. Staff makes no attempt at teamwork. Bottom line: Malone is ok🥴 but has MUCH room to improve. Elizabethtown, KY is awful and puts their patients and your license at risk every shift. Don’t do it!
