Hospice/Home Health RN – Days 🏠

5x8s | 8a–5p, Mon–Fri
Urgent/ASAP start
Recent Home Hospice experience REQUIRED
1+ year RN experience
First-time travelers accepted with Home Health + Hospice experience
Bangor + Ellsworth territories
Case load: 25–30 patients
Home Health/Hospice: wounds, CHF/COPD, IV antibiotics, central lines, cardiac/ortho, hospice
Netsmart EMR
BLS + Maine RN license required
Driver’s license + own vehicle required
Weekend: typically 1x/month
Call: 5p–8a, typically 1x every 3–4 weeks
Holiday rotation required
May float to other agency locations based on census
Business casual or scrubs | No color requirement
4x10 schedule may be considered based on experience
