Compensation & Schedule Details

• Hours & Shift: 36 hours per week (12-hour Days, guaranteed 72 hours bi-weekly).
• Contract Length: Winter staffing assignment (Travelers do not need a separation period from BILH to submit).
• Target Start Date: November 10, 2026 (Strictly enforced start date; will not accept more than one holiday off request).
• Scheduling: Every other weekend required. Locals accepted at $10 less than the travel rate.

Key Facility Policies & Pre-Acceptance Testing

• Mandatory Testing: Pass/fail ECG/telemetry (20 questions) and medication (20 questions) tests administered via Zoom proctor meeting prior to acceptance. Must test within 48 hours of confirmation; only one attempt allowed (85% passing score, no remediation or re-sits).
• Unit Scope: No telemetry techs on site—all RNs are required to read and interpret their own strips.
• Epic EHR: Epic charting experience required.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of related telemetry/critical care experience required. Advanced skills required include ventilator management, vasoactive and sedation titration, hemodynamic monitoring, cardiac dysrhythmia management, and post-STEMI care (CCRN preferred).
• Licensure: Active Massachusetts (MA) RN license in hand.
• Certifications: AHA CPR (BLS) and AHA ACLS required.
