Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)Location: Crestview, FL – Northwood Elementary Facility: Okaloosa County School District Pay: $50–$55/hour Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Contract: 40 weeks<h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Provide speech, language, and communication therapy to students in a school-based setting.</li><li>Evaluate students' speech, language, and communication needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.</li><li>Provide individual and small-group therapy sessions based on students' needs.</li><li>Monitor and document student progress and maintain accurate therapy records.</li><li>Collaborate with teachers, parents, school staff, and other professionals to support student development.</li><li>Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to individualized education plans as needed.</li><li>Provide treatment for articulation, language, fluency, voice, and other communication disorders.</li><li>Maintain compliance with school district policies and professional standards.</li></ul>

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred/required as applicable.
Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred.
Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
