Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join Federal Way Public Schools in a school-based setting. The SLP will provide speech and language services to students and collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support students' educational and developmental needs.

Pay Rate: $55–$60/hour
Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Contract: 42 weeks – High chance of extension

Responsibilities

• Provide speech, language, and communication therapy to students.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor and document student progress.
• Participate in IEP meetings and support individualized education plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Provide services in accordance with school and regulatory requirements.

Contract Details

• Pay: $55–$60/hour
