Pediatric Cardiac Sonographer / Echo Tech
Job Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience Required: 2 years preferred; ideally 2–3 years
- Minimum Cardiac Experience: 1 year
- Travel Experience: Required
- Must be experienced, efficient, and able to meet the expected volume of 7 scans per day
- Trauma Level I Experience: Required
- Trauma Level II Experience: Required
- Teaching Hospital Experience: Preferred
- Charting/EMR: Epic preferred
- Community Hospital Experience: Not specified
- LTAC Experience: Not specified
Required Certifications & Education
- BLS — American Heart Association ONLY
- ARDMS / RDCS or CCI / RCS — Required
- Graduate of an Ultrasonography Program — Required
- CAAHEP-accredited Ultrasonography Program — Preferred
