• Licensed Physical Therapist
• Active New Jersey PT license or ability to obtain
• Skilled Nursing experience preferred
• Strong rehabilitation and patient-care skills
• Clinician comfortable working with a diverse post-acute patient population
• Traveler ready to move forward with the submission process
