Census/Bed Size: averaging 80 - max 86/106 beds
Shift/Schedule:
- 1 for 7a-7p - Schedule of Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday - with dementia experience only
- 1 for 7a-7p - Schedule would be Tuesday Thursday, Friday and Monday, Thursday, Friday - schedule can be flexible if needed - this is a rotating schedule
Travel: Prefer local but willing to review stipend
Vaccination: COVID Vaccination Status - card or declination
EMR: PCC
Pay: $40 per hour
