Job Description:

Position: Surgical Technologist

Location: Lebanon, New Hampshire

Setting: Level I Academic Medical Center

Duration: 13 weeks

Schedule:

• 4x10-hour shifts
• Multiple shift options available
• Submit with shift preference
• 40 hours per week
• 4-5 off-shift/on-call obligations per 13-week contract
• Weekend and weekday call rotation required

Travel Pay Package:

• $2,452 per week total. Includes base pay, housing, meals and incidentals

Overview:

• Assist in a state-of-the-art operating room with 26 high-tech surgical suites
• Prepare and maintain sterile fields during surgical procedures
• Sterilize and organize surgical instruments and equipment
• Support surgeons during inpatient and outpatient procedures
• Care for neonatal, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patient populations
• Work across multiple specialties including ENT, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Plastic Surgery, Urology, Gynecology, Ophthalmology, Oral Surgery, Neurosurgery, Robotics, Vascular, Cardiac, and Thoracic Surgery
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary surgical team in a Level I trauma environment

• Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts during the assignment

Requirements:

• Must have Level I or Level II Trauma Center experience within the last 2 years
• CST certification through NBSTSA or NCCT required
• BLS certification required
• New Hampshire Medical Technician certification required (can apply upon offer)
• Drug screen including THC required for clearance
• Previous operating room experience required
• Strong surgical specialty experience preferred
