Radiation Therapist – Travel Contract

Facility: Samaritan Medical Center
Department: Oncology
Position: Radiation Therapist
Contract: 13 Weeks
Shift: Days
Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday–Friday
Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours/Week
Radius Rule: 100 Miles

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of Radiation Therapy experience.
NY State Radiation Therapist License in hand required.
Graduation from an AMA-approved school of Radiologic Technology.
Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
Current BLS/BCLS certification.
Experience with Varian TrueBeam, Varian IX, and ARIA software preferred.
Specific experience and training in radiology preferred.
Knowledge of general anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
Must maintain all required state and federal licenses and registrations.

Schedule

8-hour day shifts
Monday–Friday
8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
40 hours per week
13-week contract
