Location: Tillamook, Oregon

Facility: Adventist Health Tillamook

Start Date: October 12, 2026

Contract Length: 13 Weeks

Openings: 1

Schedule: 3x12 Days (36 hours/week)

Shift: 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM, including weekends and holidays
Travel Package: $1,858/Week

Position Overview

Adventist Health Tillamook is seeking an experienced Surgical Technician to support the operating room team in a 25-bed critical access hospital located along Oregon's scenic coastline.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing operating rooms and sterile fields
• Passing instruments and supplies to surgeons during procedures
• Anticipating surgeon needs throughout cases
• Performing surgical counts with the circulator
• Assisting with patient preparation and surgical draping
• Preparing and handling instruments for sterilization
• Supporting room turnover and preparation for subsequent cases

Requirements

Education

• Associate Degree or Certificate of Completion in Surgical Technology (Required)

Experience

• Acute care surgical experience preferred

Certifications

• CST through the National Board of Surgical Technologists or Association of Surgical Technologists (Preferred)
• BLS/CPR Certification (Preferred)

Interview Process

• Manager interview required

• Day 1: Virtual Orientation
• Days 2-3: On-site Orientation
