Description

CVOR Surgical Technologist – Travel Contract

Facility: Wesley Medical Center
Location: Wichita, KS
Shift: Days | 7:00 AM–5:00 PM (4×10s)
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hrs/week
Contract: 13 weeks

Requirements

6+ months recent CVOR Tech hospital experience
Vascular training REQUIRED
BLS required
NBSTSA certification required
Active Kansas license required
ACLS preferred
Open Heart/CV experience preferred
Meditech experience preferred

Clinical Experience

CABG
AVR / MVR
TAVR
Open Heart & Cardiovascular procedures
Vascular procedures

Unit Details

Open Heart/CVOR unit
2 heart rooms + possible 3rd room
1:1 staffing
4 RNs + 3 CSTs
ECMO program restarting
EMR: Meditech / CPN
No night shift

Call Requirement

1 weeknight of call per week
1 weekend of call per month

Ideal Candidate: Confident, positive team player with strong CVOR, vascular and open-heart experience.
