Description
LPN – Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing
- Location: Bronx, NY 10471
- Shift: 8-Hour Days (7 AM – 3 PM) or Evenings (3 PM – 11 PM)
- OT Rate: $67.50 / hr
Responsibilities:
- Administer scheduled medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Monitor vitals, assess residents, and report status changes to RNs.
- Complete accurate daily EMR documentation and point-of-care charting.
- Assist residents with ADLs and collaborate with CNAs and multidisciplinary staff.
Requirements:
- Active NY LPN License (unencumbered).
- Current AHA or ARC BLS certification.
- 1+ year recent LTC/SNF experience preferred.
- Available for Day or Evening shifts, including rotating weekends.
