Patient Ratios – we run 5 groups a day, 10 patients per group

Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
LCSW or LMFT or LPCC
BLS certified
MUST BE LICENSED IN CALIFORNIA

Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
Knowledge of CBT and DBT skills
Experience running psychotherapy groups or skills groups
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
Facilitate psychotherapy and psych skills groups
Document groups in Meditech
Psychsocial Assessments
Treatment Plan updates
Treatment team participation
Discharge planning
Safety assessments as needed
