Description

Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS

Position Details: Float Pool RN position requiring floating between St. John’s Regional Medical Center and St. John’s Pleasant Valley Hospital (approximately 9 miles apart). Must be comfortable floating to Telemetry, Med/Surg, 3North, 2South, and potentially the ER for MS/Tele holds.

Requirements: 2–3 years of experience required; travel experience preferred. Drip experience is required, including Cardizem, Amiodarone, and Heparin. Chest tube experience is preferred. Must be able to independently read and interpret telemetry strips. This is a high-acuity patient population, so strong Telemetry/Med-Surg experience and the ability to adapt to different units are essential.
