This is a unique LDRP opportunity at a small Critical Access Hospital, where the Labor &amp; Delivery RN provides comprehensive care across the full spectrum of obstetrics, including triage, labor, delivery, recovery, postpartum care, and newborn care.The unit uses Epic charting and requires a seasoned travel nurse with recent Labor &amp; Delivery experience.   Required Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum 3 years of recent Labor &amp; Delivery RN experience</li><li>Seasoned travel nurse experience required</li><li>Current and recent experience in Labor &amp; Delivery and LDRP settings</li><li>Strong experience with obstetric triage, labor management, vaginal delivery, Cesarean section circulation, postpartum care, and newborn care</li><li>Experience caring for both maternal and neonatal patients</li><li>Experience with fetal monitoring and interpretation of fetal heart rate patterns</li><li>Experience with Epic electronic medical record</li></ul>Required Certifications &amp; Licenses<ul><li>BLS required</li><li>NRP required</li><li>CLC preferred</li><li>STABLE preferred</li><li>Valid Compact RN license must be in hand at submission</li><li>License hits are not accepted</li></ul>
