Description
Certified Surgical Technologist
Location
- Bozeman, Montana
Job Type
- Contract
- 36 hours per week
- 13-week assignment

Required Qualifications
- Certified Surgical Technologist (1 year of experience)
- Certified Surgical Technologist experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- CST
Preferred Experience
- 1 year of labor and delivery experience preferred
- 1 year of surgical technologist experience in an acute care operating room preferred
Work Environment
- Works under the supervision of the surgeon and RN in the operating room
- May work beyond a standard 40-hour workweek, including weekends and after-hours shifts
- Requires regular and sustained attendance
Physical Demands
- Repeated lifting up to 50 pounds
- Repeated standing, walking, twisting/bending/stooping/kneeling, reaching above shoulder level, and pushing/pulling
- Continuous fine-finger movements, vision, cognitive focus, and exposure to bloodborne pathogens, radiation, chemicals, medications, infectious diseases, and emotionally challenging situations
Additional Notes
- Three shifts may be canceled per 13-week contract due to low census or other unforeseen circumstances
