- Ratios: LTC 1:20 Days / 1:38 Nights; TCU 1:12 Days / 1:15 Nights
- Certifications: BLS
- Skills: Med pass, wound care, IVs, catheter care, suctioning; must be comfortable with charge duties
- Culture: Team-oriented, longevity
- Scrubs: Any professional color, no logos
- Parking: Available
- Important: Must be flexible, respectful, positive, and comfortable floating/charge duties.
