RN Labor and Delivery
Shift: 7:00 pm to 7:00 am
Certification: BLS, ACLS, NRP, and Intermediate or Advanced Fetal Monitoring (AWHONN preferred)
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
· Minimum 2 years recent Labor & Delivery experience
· Experience with fetal monitoring interpretation
· Experience circulating Cesarean sections
· Management of high-risk OB patients and obstetric emergencies
· Epic EMR experience
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
· Vaginal deliveries
· Cesarean sections
· Operative vaginal deliveries (vacuum/forceps)
· External cephalic versions
· Cerclage placement/removal
· Iron infusions
· Labor inductions and augmentations
· Postpartum recovery and newborn stabilization
