Description

Requirements

Completion of a JRCERT-accredited Radiation Therapy Program
ARRT (T) – Radiation Therapist certification
BLS (AHA)
Valid Driver’s License required at submittal and used to verify the 50-mile radius
Proficient in radiation therapy administration
Proficient in CT simulation
Strong patient-care and communication skills
Varian TrueBeam experience preferred
EPIC / Mosaiq experience preferred
Candidate must be outside the 50-mile radius
Cannot currently be full-time, part-time, or PRN with any CommonSpirit-affiliated facility, including CHI/Dignity
Artificial nails are prohibited in patient-care departments

Responsibilities Schedule: M–F, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM; typically Mon–Thu Administer radiation therapy treatments to patients Perform CT simulations Operate radiation therapy equipment, including linear accelerator Provide safe, accurate, and patient-centered radiation treatments Monitor and communicate with patients throughout treatment Follow radiation safety and departmental protocols Document patient care and treatments in Mosaiq/EPIC Collaborate with the radiation oncology team Perform other duties as assigned
