JD – Travel RN MS/Tele

Position: Travel RN – Med/Surg Tele
Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
Schedule: 3×12 hours
Contract: 13 weeks
Start: 10/5/2026
Facility: Short-Term Acute Care, Level III Trauma / Teaching Hospital
Charting: Epic

Must-Haves

2+ years of recent MS/Tele RN experience
Active state or Compact RN license at submission
BLS
ACLS
NIHSS
Epic experience
Must be willing to float within scope, including affiliated campuses/like units
Must pass Advanced EKG exam for Med/Tele
Must provide interview availability at submission

Patient Ratio

Nights: 1:5–6

Other Important Requirements

No local candidates within 50 miles of Cape Fear Valley Medical Center
No pending license accepted
Maximum 4 days RTO
No background/license actions within the past 12 months
COVID vaccine not required
Flu vaccine required; medical/religious exemptions only
Modules must be completed before start; module time is non-billable
Former employees must be separated for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler
SSN/DOB required at submission per Tier 2 compliance
All documents must match the candidate's legal name
