✅ Candidates may choose one location or indicate interest in both

Contract Length: 6 Months

  • Monday-Friday
  • 4x10-Hour Schedule
  • Approximately 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
  • 45-Minute Lunch Break

🦷 Primary Responsibilities

 

Direct Patient Care

 

You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional dental hygiene services, including:

✅ Comprehensive oral health assessments

✅ Periodontal disease evaluation

✅ Dental caries detection

✅ Oral pathology identification

✅ Prophylaxis procedures

✅ Scaling and root planing

✅ Sealant applications

✅ Fluoride treatments

✅ Dental radiographs

✅ Patient education and preventive care counseling

✅ Emergency response support when necessary

✅ Operatory preparation and sterilization procedures

 

📋 Indirect Patient Care

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing patient charts and medical histories
  • Coordinating care with providers and specialists
  • Making referral recommendations when appropriate
  • Documenting patient encounters accurately and timely
  • Supporting quality improvement initiatives
  • Participating in audits and risk management activities
  • Ensuring compliance with Neighborcare policies and standards

👥 Administrative & Leadership Support

  • Active Washington State Dental Hygienist License (DOH)
  • Completion of an Accredited Dental Hygiene Program
  • BLS Certification
