💼 What You'll Be Doing

As a Surgical Technologist, you'll play an essential role throughout the surgical process.

Key Responsibilities Include:

✅ Verify surgical procedures and patient consents

✅ Prepare operating rooms and sterile fields

✅ Set up instruments, supplies, equipment, medications, and solutions

✅ Assist surgeons by passing instruments and anticipating procedural needs

✅ Perform surgical counts with circulating nurses

✅ Obtain additional sterile and non-sterile supplies during procedures

✅ Apply and secure sterile dressings following procedures

✅ Assist with room turnover and preparation for subsequent cases

✅ Clean and prepare instruments for sterilization

✅ Maintain sterile technique and patient safety standards
