Unit & Clinical Details

Patient Ratio: 1:5–6
EMR: Epic
Scrubs: Grey
Float to all Med/Surg departments
Provide routine and complex patient care
Administer medications and treatments according to protocols
Monitor patient response, side effects, and treatment effectiveness
Complete patient assessments and documentation
Provide patient and family education
Collaborate with the healthcare team and delegate appropriately

Schedule

7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Blocked scheduling accommodated
Weekend: 2–4 shifts per month, rotated among staff
On Call: 2–4 shifts per month, rotated among staff
Floating: Required within Med/Surg departments
