Experience Requirements

Minimum: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required
Preferred: Two (2) years of Physical Therapy experience

License/Certification Requirements

Current Physical Therapist license in the applicable state
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required for therapists licensed on or after January 2016, or foreign equivalent education

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs designed to restore and improve patients' physical function, mobility, and overall quality of life. The Physical Therapist will collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support patient recovery goals and provide evidence-based therapeutic care across a diverse patient population.

Key Responsibilities

Perform physical therapy evaluations and develop treatment plans
Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and function
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation professionals
Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and patient-centered treatment programs
