Description
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–4:30 PM
Location: Salisbury, MD
Contract Length: 13+ Weeks Contract (Possibility to Extend)
Travel Pay Package: Up to $2,750.00 - $2,850.00/week gross (includes weekly non-taxable stipend)* Plus Mileage reimbursement
*Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education
Duties:
- Initiates, develops, implements, and revises the plan of care in collaboration with the physician and other health care professionals.
- Supervises care provided by home health aides and licensed practical/vocational nurses, provides instruction, and assigns tasks according to State and federal regulations.
- Provides required supervisory visits.
Requirements:
- License(s): Current and unrestricted RN licensure in state of practice
- Certification(s): Current CPR Certification or ability to complete within 90 days of hire
- Years of experience: 1+ years of Home Health experience
