- 2 years of consistent most recent experience must be in the ED

-  TNCC, PALS, ACLS, BLS, NIH Certificate Required

-  Level II or Level III trauma experience

- TX Nursing License Required

- Must live within 50 miles of facility

- Per Diem opportunities available

Pros

2:1, 1:1 if pt is in active labor they try to follow awhonn standards when possible. Flexible with schedule will do block schedule.

Cons

Only thing they will float travelers to antepartum or assign pp pts on hold in L&D unit more frequently instead of rotating the nurses.
