Description

Travel RN – Operating Room / Perioperative

Position: Operating Room RN
Shift: 10-hour shifts, 6:30 AM–5:00 PM, 4 shifts/week + on-call
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
Contract: 91 weeks
Experience: 2 years of clinical nursing and/or operating room experience
License: Valid, current, unrestricted RN license from any U.S. state, Puerto Rico, or U.S. territory
Education: Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

Certifications

BLS – AHA
ACLS – AHA
PALS – AHA within 6 months of hire
NIHSS within 6 months of hire
CNOR within 1 year of hire
TNCC within 2 years of hire

Clinical Requirements

OR/Perioperative nursing experience
Must be able to circulate in all specialty areas
Specialty areas include Orthopedics, ENT, GYN/OB, General, Ophthalmology, and Dental
Scrubbing experience is highly encouraged
Must be available for varied/odd hours while on call
Must be prepared for emergency cases with short notice

Additional Information

Orientation: Every 2 weeks
Housing: Limited housing available; shared housing at $600/month based on availability. No family or pets.
Housing application must be submitted 2 weeks before start
COVID & Flu exemptions may be accepted after declination form submission
