Description

Interventional Radiology Tech

Facility: Monument Health – Rapid City, SD
Specialty: Interventional Radiology
Shift: 4x10-hour Rotation
Hours: 10-hour shifts
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hrs/week
Contract: 13 weeks
First-time traveler: Yes
Weekend: Every 3rd weekend
Parking: Free

📍 Radius Rule

Traveler must live at least 100 miles away from the facility.
Permanent staff must wait 1 full year before returning as a traveler.

Required Experience

Neuro IR experience – Required
Stroke experience – Required
ICU experience – Required
1+ year experience: Techs may be accepted with 1 year, but they must have Neuro IR experience.
Candidates with IR-only experience without Neuro IR experience will NOT be accepted.
Sterile/scrub technique
Knowledge of Neuro IR procedures
Siemens equipment experience
EPIC experience
Circulation for procedures

Required Certifications

BLS – Required
ARRT – Required
VI (Vascular Interventional) ARRT – Preferred, determined during interview
