Description
ER RN – Days/Evenings 🚨
- 3x12 | 11a–11p
- Level I Trauma Center
- Recent Level I or Level II Trauma experience REQUIRED
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC required | NRP preferred
- EPIC
- 20 beds + 5 trauma bays | Fast Track: 6 beds | OBS: 10 beds
- Ratios: 1:4 zones | 1:6 Fast Track | 1:5 OBS | 1:1 ICU/Trauma
- Must read/interpret own telemetry strips
- Float to OBS + Freestanding Creighton ER at least 1x/week
- Other available shifts: 7a–7p, 9a–9p, 3p–3a, 7p–7a; leadership schedules
- Weekend/holiday requirements vary by department
- 50-mile radius — strict
- Cannot be FT/PT/PRN with any CommonSpirit/CHI/Dignity facility
- Driver’s license required at submission
- RTO: 7 days or less per 13-week period, submitted upfront
- No artificial nails in patient-care areas
- Orientation: 1 week onboarding + 2 shifts at Bergan + 1 at UC
- Friday open-book skills exam; 90% required to pass or contract terminated
