CO – RN Long-Term Care

Location: Meeker, Colorado
Duration: 13 weeks
Start: ASAP / 9/10/2026
Shift: Days
Positions: 1
Minimum Experience: 3 years
Pay: $2236 Weekly Gross

Requirements:

Active, unrestricted Colorado RN license required at submission
Recent LTC experience required
MDS experience preferred
BLS/BCLS required
PointClickCare experience preferred
Holiday coverage required
Traveler’s permanent address must be 65+ miles from the facility
Local candidates will not be considered

Housing: Furnished shared housing available within city limits, including Wi-Fi and cable. No pets and no smoking. Housing becomes available the day before the scheduled start date.

Submission priority: Strong candidates should have 3+ years of LTC RN experience, active CO license, BLS, and preferably MDS/PointClickCare experience.
