 Requirements:\

 Active Nebraska RN License\

 Minimum 1 year of nursing experience\

 Dialysis experience preferred/required based on assignment\

 BLS/BCLS certification\

 ACLS certification\

 Experience with Cerner EMR\

 Ability to float to other units, departments, or patient-care areas based on staffing and operational needs\

 Ability to meet Regional West Medical Center's low/mid/high performer expectations

 Responsibilities:\

 Provide direct nursing care to dialysis patients\

 Monitor and assess patients' conditions and respond promptly to changes\

 Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols\

 Provide care for patients receiving chronic and/or acute dialysis services\

 Monitor patients throughout dialysis treatment and respond to complications or emergencies\

 Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans\

 Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in Cerner EMR\

 Follow infection control, patient safety, and hospital policies\

 Float to other units, departments, or patient-care areas as required by staffing needs\

 Provide holiday coverage as required\

 Maintain BLS/BCLS and ACLS standards throughout the assignment\

 Meet facility performance and professional practice expectations throughout the contract

 Schedule:\

 3 × 12-Hour Shifts\

 Days Only\

 36 Hours Guaranteed Per Week\

 13-Week Contract\

 Varied shifts may include days and nights based on facility needs
